Marie Meliksetian

Marie is an expert in Business and Procurement Transformation with extensive experience in turning around and re-engineering large global organizations and small medium businesses.
Her skill set include strategy development, revenue growth, operations and transitional management, procurement, outsourcing, business development, Mergers & Acquisitions, technology, data analytics and team leadership across industries.
Most recently, as Chief Executive Officer for US Xchanging Services (A DXC Company), Country General Manager and Managing Director for US Procurement Outsourcing for Xchanging, PLC.
Retired from IBM, Marie spent sixteen years in a variety of senior level global positions at IBM focused on Strategy, Operations, Business Process Outsourcing, Technology, Analytics and Procurement.
Marie is a graduate of Syracuse University with an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Management.

Rudy Chang
Managing Director

Rudy is an expert in digital strategy, marketing technologies, data platforms, and customer-centric transformations in complex, global organizations.
Rudy led the ideation, development, and adoption of technology-intensive transformation programs at the VP and GM level at IBM and Pitney Bowes. He led the teams that built IBM's Marketing technology platform that operated the Company’s brand advertising, global demand generation, IBM.com, eCommerce, events, and CRM.
Previously, he led digital transformation, eCommerce, SaaS business development, and CRM strategy for Pitney Bowes, where during his tenure, he led the team and the partnership that built a multi-million dollar SaaS business by providing millions of eBay sellers a secure and easy way to print USPS shipping labels within their auctions.
Rudy holds a BS in Engineering and Architecture from Princeton University and a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
